Booking and Payments:
A 30-day minimum occupancy is required for all our properties.
Bookings can be made through our website or other approved platforms.
Payments can be made via credit card, and a 3.95% non-refundable processing fee applies. Alternative payment methods are accepted upon inquiry.
Occupancy and Additional Guests:
Our homes are designed for a comfortable stay for a specified number of guests, as per the property listing. Additional guests beyond this limit incur an extra charge of $25 USD per person per night.
Pets:
We understand the importance of your furry friends. Pet-friendly accommodations are available for an additional fee of $30 per night.
Minivan Use:
Enjoy the convenience of complimentary use of our 8-person 2021 Honda Odyssey minivan for up to 7 days. For longer reservations, a discounted rate of $150 per day applies.
House Rules and Safety:
Please adhere to the house rules provided in each property. Safety is our top priority, and we ensure our homes are equipped with necessary safety features.
Green and Organic
Practices:
We are committed to environmental sustainability. Our cleaning materials are green and organic, and homes are sanitized and air HEPA filtered.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. For cancellations made earlier, a refund may be provided, minus any applicable fees.
Insurance:
Our properties come with insurance coverage, and additional Rental Collision Protection is available for $25 per day.
Registration Number:
Each property has a unique registration number, ensuring compliance with City and County of Honolulu residential zoning regulations.
